The dual tilt beryllium holder is wide and has a limited tilt range of ±30° in both x and y in our JEOL JEM 3200FS. Iit is very stable and produces high resolution images over the entire tilt range.
The images below were recorded using a microscope magnification of X00,000x (Y00,000x at the CCD) and an exposure time of 1 second:
