Teacher Training Workshops:

WonderLab is partnering with Indiana University and the National Science Foundation to host special Teacher Training Workshops to familiarize teachers with the hands-on plant science activities developed by Drs. Roger Innes and Robert Togasaki. These afternoon workshops provide teachers with the scientific backgrounds necessary to get the most out of our symbiosis and photosynthesis activities. Attendees of the workshop receive a free Plant Science Activities Kit that contains all of the materials needed to perform these activities in the classroom. These workshops fulfill teacher continuing education requirements. The next workshop is scheduled for November 15, 2005 from 12:30 pm to 5:00 pm. For more information, or to register, contact Karen Stucky at WonderLab.
